Some of you have asked for the link to the video we saw and discussed in class today, EPIC 2014. This is posted above. In searching for this video, I discovered that there is an updated version, EPIC 2015, posted below.

I know I sound really biased, but this movie gets lots of things wrong. Amazon is not really that powerful or that great. It only has physical capital, which old style economists like these assume a must.
Ironically, this sensationalistic video is hypocritically saying that we look to a future that is completely segmented, and without conventional media. This very video has no facts to back it up, or, as stubborn tradicionalists may say, authority.
